**Danny Screams in Williamsburg Brooklyn this WEEKEND June 23/24**

For the past couple of days its been super hot in NYC. It’s about 90 degrees today. I can’t complain though because when its cold here its FREEZING!!

I’ve been scouring different places to find you guys some of the coolest vintage, bags, jewelry

 and thrift  around.  My favorite items are the chain headbands, these gorgeous rings that look like a mask. Everywhere I go someone asked me where I got it. A girl in the Subway offered to buy it right of my finger! Theres a fabulous super tight vintage Betsey Johnson yellow dress and lots of lacy girlie things. Everythings affordable!

My favorite actress of all time is Sophia Loren. Im just in love with the 1960’s old Hollywood look. Hair was always perfectly curled and clothing was so feminine. Girls got dressed up just to go the supermarket. My friends make fun of me for taking 30 minutes getting ready when all we are doing is going to Trader Joes. I dont care because I want to feel good when Im out and Im sure Sophia Loren would approve of me looking my best.

So, we I think its unanimous that we all love LADY GAGA. Well I do. I like her because she isn’t typically beautiful in the Hollywood sense.  But she is pretty, has the best figure EVER and she can entertain. She embodies the real definition of an “ENTERTAINER”.  Shes is also from my hometown of New York. My 9-year-old daughter saw some Lady Gaga still pictures and asked me for a needle and thread.  She thought the outfits were interesting. She then started to look through my boxes of fabric and she came up with a really cute REMIX of the outfits Lady Gaga wore in the TELEPHONE video. (Another video which I love!!)

Ive already decided to be Lady Gaga for Halloween. Its the one time of the year you can get away with anything and I plan to juice it for all its worth.

All outfits and pictures were made and taken by my daughter Lila Juliet. I just thought it was totally cute to post. She wants me to start making barbie clothes. I ordered a few patterns. If it materializes into something cute, I’ll post them in my etsy store.

So check this out and let me know what you think. Lately Ive been seeing alot of the BOW craze and I love it. Im excited about all of this 80’s inspired fashion. I feel like Im in elementary school again but this time Im able to do it right by wearing whatever the hell I want. So Im walking out of my apartment in my red mini frilly polka dot skirt and with a  big red bow placed on the side. Ala Katy Perry.
