L.A. and the Upper East Side Collide**New Headbands Girls!!!

So now Ive been in California for roughly 5 months. Its been quite a ride. Anyway, Ive been making new headbands and I really hope you fashion divas love them. I can custom make them in any color for the same price so dont hesitate to ask.

Fashion, Gossip Girl, California, NYC and Headbands!!

So its not a phase I love clothing, sewing and YES I still love Gossip Girl, where I sometimes get a litte inspiration. Lately, I’m loving Jenny and her new style. Who can forget that gorgeous green dress she designed for Elenors fashion show. 

 Ive lived in New York for all my 29 years and now Ive moved to the Mojave Desert in California. I was missing Chelsea in NYC, my friends, just everything. I was feeling down, until I took out my sewing machine and starting sewing again, Ive come up with new colors and styles for my vintage inspired headbands. I’ll be putting them up at my etsy site tonight!! You can see them in a feew hours at http://www.lilajuliet.etsy.com. My favorite is called Champagne Bubbles. Its made out of a cream colored fabric and features a champagne colored pendant. I LOVE IT!!  I also found a little article about weddings on a budget that included one of my headbands http://www.budgetdreamweddings.com/2127/d-is-for-diamond/ . Finding that article and sewing totally brightened up my day.

I miss Vintage shopping in NYC so much!! If anyone knows of good vintage shopping in Southern California let me know:)
